I first received this prayer card as a free gift with an order I placed a couple of years ago. As I got into the habit of putting prayer cards in places where I will actually use them, I tucked it into our Mass bag. My oldest, now 5, discovered it and liked the image, and we’ve been praying the lovely little prayer together each week for over a year now. The prayer itself is a good pick for teaching kids how to pray during that quiet time after Communion, and the card design with the gold foil accents truly is beautiful. This was the first thing that came to mind when looking for something to put in a First Communion card for a friend’s daughter, and I opted to buy more than one because we have godchildren making First Communions next spring as well. My 2 year old loves to hug the card and point out Mary and baby Jesus so I will probably keep one to replace ours which has been very well-loved, too! Great quality, very affordable, and a beautiful and intentional gift!
