Letters are shipped via stamped First Class mail, with no tracking.  International shipping is available at a very low additional cost.  Please contact us if you do not receive your letter, we are happy to ship a replacement.

Due to the amount of time put into the design of each monthly letter, no refunds are available for back editions.
