For what age range is The Wanderlust Catholic designed?

I’m focusing on ages 6-11 as I design each month’s letter.  However, I know that adults and children of all ages will love receiving this beautiful mail, learning about the rich treasures of the Catholic Church, and brushing up on geography!

When are letters mailed?

The first letter will ship in mid-January 2019.  Accounts will be charged on the 5th of the month, and letters will ship by the 15th of the month. (Note that the pre-paid gift options are NON-renewing!)

What happens if I don’t receive my letter?

The Wanderlust Catholic letters are sent all over the world via USPS.  We cannot guarantee a delivery date and unfortunately, sometimes letters do get lost in transport. Please allow up to 14 days from our shipment date to receive your letter (30 days for international). If it hasn’t arrived by the end of the month for US destinations, or the 15th of the following month for international, just send us a note via the CONTACT US section and we’ll be more than glad to send you another!

How many should I order?

We recommend one subscription per family.  You are welcome to order one for each member of the family, but do keep in mind that they will be receiving the same letter.  Classroom teachers are also invited to order one subscription to share with their class!

Is every letter handwritten?

Every letter is a copy of an original painted/written letter.  The envelopes are addressed with a hand-lettered font.

Do you mail letters internationally?

Absolutely!  The only difference is a slightly higher postage price.

What can I expect to read in my letters?

Each month’s letter will be about a new destination, written from a pilgrim’s standpoint.  They are meant to be primarily entertaining, with a fun, adventurous story line.  All letters are based on actual places and will include factual details about saints’ lives, cathedrals/churches, apparitions, miracles, and/or local Catholic traditions.  We thoroughly research our locations and attempt to be totally faithful to the Magisterium.  These letters are reminiscent of receiving a letter from a friend on pilgrimage!  See a sample introductory letter here

Do you use recycled materials?

We use envelopes and paper with at least 30% post consumer recycled material and FSC certified sustainably forested wood pulp.

Can I cancel anytime?

For our monthly subscribers, you will create an account at checkout.  From your account, you can cancel, skip a month, or change your address.  Please contact us with any questions.
