*note: I’m blown away by how many women are walking with us this Lent. This challenge is closed, but if all goes well, we’ll plan to run future walking challenges!*
“Spiritu ambulate” – “Walk in the Spirit,” Gal 5:16
Walking the Primitive Route of the Camino de Santiago is about 200 miles – roughly 400,000 steps. Making a pilgrimage can be a beautiful spiritual experience, and one I highly recommend. Lent is a particularly good time to attempt spiritual discipline and walk more closely with Christ. As a busy mother, though, perhaps your options for weeks-long Caminos are slim.
Enter our Lenten Walking Challenge. Walk at your own pace, using the steps of your every day life as a reminder to pray.
* Receive weekly encouragement and check-in emails throughout Lent,
* plus a bonus snail-mail letter at the beginning and middle of Lent,
* and complete the challenge as you are able to receive a gorgeous limited-edition tee!
Steps are easily recorded with a device such as a Fitbit or step counter, but if you don’t own one, many phones can also give step counts! Instead of linking our personal information to a central information hub, we’ll just enter our steps once a week. On the back end, Annunciation Designs will take care of adding up steps and notify you when you’ve completed the challenge!
Choose your shirt type/size now, but please be aware that shirts will ship approximately 1 week after you confirm that you’ve completed the challenge. Challenge is ‘at your own pace,’ but processing time may be 2-3 weeks for shirts after mid-June. Contact us with any changes in sizing or address.
Tees are unisex-fit and run long. They are a cotton/poly blend in a beautiful heather orchid color. See sizing chart in last photo
